Centreon, provider of IT monitoring solutions, has announced the global availability of Centreon Cloud, a SaaS IT monitoring offer hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Centreon Cloud complements Centreon's self-hosted offer and aims to add even more value and flexibility to clients and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) deploying a cloud-first strategy, or operating hybrid infrastructures spanning cloud and non-cloud environments.

Julien Mathis, Centreon’s CEO, says: “Centreon Cloud is Centreon's latest software option, which positions us as one of the most holistic players in the IT monitoring market. With this monitoring as a service platform we provide a full set of options to monitor any cloud and non-cloud infrastructure and thus contribute to our clients’ digital performance. An answer to unmet expectations, Centreon Cloud is a growth accelerator for us and we are delighted with the market response thus far.”

Centreon Cloud hosted by Amazon Web Services

Centreon has relied on Amazon Web Services extensive cloud computing services to ensure the security, reliability, and flexibility of its SaaS platform. Centreon Cloud is backed by a host of Amazon Web Services control standards (FTR and WAR architecture reviews) required as part of the AWS Partner Network program.

Announced last year, Centreon Cloud was in controlled availability for the past six months, and then introduced on the market in selected regions as of March 2022. Centreon Cloud's General Availability caps this staggered launch process while ensuring best practice compliance and efficiency testing.
