Automotive Transformation Group appoints new Chief Revenue Officer

Provider of omnichannel, digital retailing and retention solutions, Automotive Transformation Group, has announced Richard Johnston will become Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) effective immediately. This transition follows the recent announcement that he will replace Tim Smith, who became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the group as of 1st September this year. 

Johnston will lead both the sales and marketing operations to deliver on the group’s vision to become the world’s leading provider of omnichannel, retailing and retention solutions. He will use his experience to explore and build upon the wealth of opportunities resulting from their newly launched NetDirector Digital Retailing Suite – a comprehensive software suite designed to support Retailers, OEMs, Financiers and Fleet suppliers through rapid evolution by simplifying sales, improving user experience (UX), and increasing profitability.

The promotion from OEM and Financier Director to CRO will form the next chapter in Johnston’s 12-year career with Automotive Transformation Group. He stated: “This is an exciting time for Automotive Transformation Group, and I am thrilled to be playing such a key part in the development of the business’ brand and evolving product suite. Having spent over two decades working with both automotive manufacturers and retailers, I look forward to seeing the positive impact I can make, leveraging synergies with the wider team to deliver automotive transformation for our customers.”
