DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED and RFKeeper conclude a business collaboration agreement aiming at expanding their RFID solutions and increasing their awareness level in the market.

DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED, based in Japan, and RFKeeper, an Israel based RFID software development manufacturer, have concluded a business collaboration agreement, aiming at expanding their retail solutions utilizing RFID technology.

“Through this business collaboration agreement, we will be able to provide companies in the supply chain and retail industries globally with excellent RFID solutions”, explains Haim Bar-On, CEO at RFKeeper. “With the combination of DENSO’s and our RFID solutions, we aim to contribute to the improvement of efficiency and convenience within their processes”, he continues.

Supply chain companies and retailers mainly led by the apparel industry have recently improved their business operations by using RFID. The cost of RFID tags has also been lowered and recent surveys have shown that the number of RFID tags to be issued will rapidly and widely increase all over the world.

Under these circumstances, DENSO WAVE has worked on the development of RFID devices since the 1980s. “In 2018, we developed the SP1 RFID reader that achieves the world-leading scanning speed of 700 tags per second,” says Katsuhiko Sugito, CEO at DENSO WAVE. “We have also established an RFID specific laboratory room, the RFID co-LAB, in Hamamatsu-cho and have provided extensive values, for example, by providing users with a test environment for scanning tags when they install the device for the first time.”

RFKeeper has developed an IoT solution that enables the user to control merchandise in real time by linking physical and online stores. They also provide users mainly at apparel stores with solutions for improving business efficiency and customer experience.

DENSO WAVE is dedicated to achieve the improvement of business efficiency utilizing RFID technology and continues to create new values in the digital technology.
