Tailored to TruTac's products, WalkMe is described as an easy-to-use help tool, providing guidance and assistance for users of the software. Including Walk-Thrus and TeachMe, the new customer-focused guides provide dynamic and easy-to-follow directions.
Using a series of clear, step-by-step instructions in the form of interactive balloons and on-screen checklists, TruTac's WalkMe is ideal to train new users, walk them through support queries and highlight new features. WalkMe guidance is provided for each of the TruTac products, including: TruAnalysis; TruView; TruDriver; TruLocation; TruDocuments; TruTime; TruLicence; TruChecks and TruLinks.
