Award winning Scottish technology consultancy, Cooper Software, has joined the IFS Partner Network, as a certified reseller of IFS in the UK. The appointment, that was announced by IFS at their World Conference in Gothenburg this week, means that the company will focus on selling, implementing, and supporting the solution throughout the country.
By becoming an official partner, Cooper Software will gain access to IFS training, certifications and sales resources through the IFS Academy, providing the support needed to increase their expertise as an IFS implementation partner.
As one of the largest independent providers of IFS products, services and support in Europe, Cooper Software specialises in major project implementations and upgrades, mobile app development, business intelligence and 24/7 service desk support. The company has approximately 45 employees at its head office in Dalgety Bay and over 10 IFS consultants located throughout the UK.
Following the announcement, Frank Cooper, Managing Director of Cooper Software commented, "We have enjoyed a successful collaboration with IFS for over 10 years, offering top-class business support and solutions to hundreds of clients across many diverse segments. Extending our partnership from services partner to a channel partner of IFS Applications is the logical next step for us and one which we are excited to take. We see IFS as the ideal growth partner for Cooper Software and we look forward to working closely together to strengthen our product and service lines as we look to expand our IFS footprint."
Paul Massey, Managing Director of IFS Europe West, commented, "We are continuously looking at how we can work with partners to deliver the best possible solution to our customers across the UK, while helping them to be successful and to meet their increasingly complex demands. Recognizing the commitment that each of our new partners show in terms of service, value, and professionalism, and their focus on helping customers leverage IFS solutions to transform their business."
