LLamasoft, the supply chain design software solutions provider, has announced that Ashley Furniture Industries (Ashley) has selected LLamasoft as its supply chain design software provider of choice.
Ashley, one of the largest manufacturers of home furnishings in the world, will leverage LLamasoft's Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru and transportation optimisation technologies to drive savings and efficiency within its network.
In addition, a robust technology platform was needed to manage Ashley's retail network, Ashley HomeStore, the No. 1 furniture retailer in the U.S. and one of the world's best-selling furniture store brands. Currently, Ashley HomeStore has more than 660 HomeStore locations in 35 countries.
