Anagram Systems (Anagram), developer of business management software, has announced the launch of its new cloud-based version of Encore, the company's established Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for small businesses.
The service has been developed as an affordable solution for businesses with between one and 150 employees. Encore, together with a company's data-file, are hosted on a secure server in a dedicated data centre and users access the system from wherever they are working via the internet.
Encore is hosted in a state of the art facility which is managed by a team of experienced and highly specialist engineers. The system and a company's commercial data are protected by the latest ant-virus and anti-malware applications which are updated on a continual basis.
Encore centralises different business areas within a single system, eliminating the need for multiple software applications. The solution incorporates financial management, advanced stock control functionality, sales order processing, purchasing and customer relationship management (CRM). Additional modules which are fully integrated with Encore include Point of Sale (PoS) and web sales management.
Businesses can also migrate other business software applications to the cloud, reducing the need for in-house server infrastructure. As a result, business can significantly reduce the need for buying and maintaining their own computer hardware.
