Global infrastructure company EPS Group chooses Cooper Software

Cooper Software has been selected by global water and wastewater infrastructure support services company, EPS Group, to implement the company's ACQUIRE data capture solution to simplify and streamline the inventory management process at EPS.

Developed in-house by Cooper Software, ACQUIRE is one of the UK's most popular mobile data capture, barcoding and RF systems, which has been designed to seamlessly integrate with a number of ERP solutions, including IFS. An off the shelf, end-to-end solution, ACQUIRE allows for the automation of receipt, inspection, packing and all other aspects of warehousing and shop floor operations. By removing the need to rely on manual processes and providing real-time stock traceability, value and availability, ACQUIRE improves business operations and efficiency.

Based in Mallow, Co. Cork, EPS Group is a specialist wet infrastructure support services group of companies operating across the Republic of Ireland, the UK, the Middle East and West Africa. It is one of the few genuine end-to-end service providers in the global water sector. The Group provides services to municipal, industrial, commercial, agricultural and domestic clients and currently exports to over 25 different countries worldwide.

Brian Barry, IT Manager, EPS notes, "Cooper Software are experienced at making ERP solutions deliver true business benefits and the solution they are providing us with will ensure we are able streamline our inventory management process. We see Cooper Software as a technology partner that can support us with many of the integration and system demands as we look to expand our operations and maximise the value we get from our ERP investment."

Frank Cooper, Managing Director and founder of Cooper Software commented: "We are delighted that EPS Group have selected our ACQUIRE solution to transform their inventory and warehousing procedures. The solution is already deployed and proven across a large number of organisations, spanning many sectors and we are confident that by working together to understand EPS' business we will be able to develop a solution that will bring great benefits to their business."
