Prisym ID sheds light on international growth with Infor

Infor, provider of business application software serving more than 73,000 customers, has announced that Prisym ID, an innovator in the design and delivery of turn-key labelling solutions that enable complete product auto-identification and lifecycle traceability, has selected Infor SyteLine for 20 users throughout the UK and US. Infor SyteLine will replace a combination of Excel spreadsheets and Sage Line 500.

As Prisym ID expands its business beyond traditional medical devices into pharmaceutical labelling, Infor SyteLine will help drive growth by delivering a single, consistent view into the financial data within Prisym instead of a series of separate siloes of information. In addition, Infor SyteLine is expected to help improve data accuracy as well as automating invoice processes, eliminating duplicated effort.

Faced with a lack of ongoing support and the limited functionality of the legacy software Prisym ID began a thorough review of the ERP marketplace. Infor SyteLine was chosen on the basis of its functionality and ability to deliver clear, consistent information throughout the business, backed by the deep domain expertise in the life science and manufacturing sectors, of Infor partner Inforlogic.
