Airclic named 2014 Customer Value Leadership Award for Mobile Supply Chain Management by Frost & Sullivan

Airclic, a global provider of cloud-based software that transforms the accuracy, efficiency and competitiveness of mobile supply chain and logistics operations, has been selected as the winner of Frost & Sullivan's prestigious 2014 Customer Value Leadership Award for Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) in North America.

The award recognises Airclic for its unsurpassed focus on customer value leading to improved customer retention and ultimately customer base expansion across the MSCM sector. The company's selection is attributed to the flexibility and expansive capabilities of its Perform product suite, which provides visibility and control in cross-docking operations and the last mile of the supply chain.

"Today's companies are under tremendous pressure to deliver goods as quickly and as inexpensively as possible, which in turn creates a demand for greater visibility and automation across their supply chains," said Jeanine Sterling, principal analyst at Frost & Sullivan. "Not only are Airclic's Perform products functionally head and shoulders above other providers, its focus on tangible customer value is unsurpassed in the industry, making it a clear choice amid stiff competition for our 2014 Customer Value Leadership Award for Mobile Supply Chain Management."

The report accompanying Frost & Sullivan's selection of Airclic highlights four key differentiators setting the company's product apart:

  • Quick, clear ROI from Airclic's electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) capabilities that emphasise last-mile visibility and help companies make the critical leap to a paperless, cloud-based environment.
  • Focused, vertical MSCM solutions that incorporate industry-specific workflows, forms, and analytics across numerous markets including: 3PLs, automotive parts distributors, food distributors, less than truckload (LTL) and wholesale and retail distributors.
  • Cloud-based delivery of Airclic's products that results in: faster implementation, scalability and affordability.
  • Highly configurable, prepackaged solution design through which Airclic can augment its core product with a custom overlay as needed, addressing specific requirements around work flows, languages, mobile device types and operating systems, back-end system integration, etc.

"We are honoured to receive Frost & Sullivan's 2014 Customer Value Leadership Award for Mobile Supply Chain Management," said Mike Lee, Airclic CEO. "As supply chain complexity dramatically increases and customer expectations for the perfect order rise, it is imperative for companies to have visibility into customer orders from the distribution centre through the last mile of delivery. This award affirms that our focus on customer value is exactly what's needed to ensure today's sophisticated supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently with the greatest possible ROI."
