Voiteq Ltd, the UK supplier of Voice-directed warehousing solutions, has acquired a majority stake in Teknix sarl, one of France's fastest growing Voice providers. The acquisition is part of a continued market expansion strategy to grow in Europe and North America; the French organisation will be known as Voiteq-Teknix and will be part of the Centriq Group.
Both companies already provide solutions based on Vocollect Voice, the solution for Voice-directed work; with Voiteq having a large number of Vocollect certified Voice professionals. The merged organisation will be one of the largest and most experienced Voice providers in Europe.

Both companies can now offer their customers a broader set of proven Voice solutions. Teknix' TDC 'Screen-to-Voice' software enables organisations using screen-based mobile devices to rapidly and easily add Voice to their operations. Voiteq's VoiceMan intelligent execution system offers customers advanced, optimised voice-directed warehouse processes and analytics to maximise the business benefit available from Voice.
