Richard Tadman has joined VoiteQ, the UK supplier of Voice-Directed Warehouse solutions. With extensive IT solutions experience, Tadman will head up the company's business development, account management and pre-sales teams to further build on VoiteQ's mission to supply the best customer-service and increase its presence in the Voice market.
Previously, Tadman held sales management positions at Samsung, Palm Inc., Panasonic and Cable & Wireless (C&W) where he built strong teams, implemented effective KPI reporting, rolled-out customer satisfaction programmes and increased corporate market share through structured sales methodologies, team management and focus on the customer.
"I am looking forward to working with the account management and sales teams at VoiteQ; we will strive to increase our market share into new verticals and areas of the warehouse. In addition to this, customer satisfaction will be a key focus for this role and I am confident that we can find improved methods of delivering service to the VoiteQ customer base as we grow," commented Tadman.
