Dalebrook selects Autostore WMS to manage UK bulk stock and distribution operations

Dalebrook Supplies Ltd,, designer of melamine tableware for the food services sector, has selected a range of Autostore V6 warehouse management and control solutions to handle all SKU movements at its UK hub in Witham, Essex. A single site, single client Autostore implementation, the Dalebrook WMS rollout features RF connectivity, ERP integration and will handle the company's bulk stock import and distribution operations.

Autostore is the UK's leading warehouse management solution, developed by award-winning supply chain integration specialists Central Systems & Automation Ltd. Autostore will integrate with Dalebrook's enterprise business systems to maximise the efficiency of all materials handling and related sub-systems in real-time, providing a uniform interface to - and control of - Dalebrook's warehouse operations. Containers arrive from China carrying un-palletised bulk stock that spans the Dalebrook range. Autostore will control receipt, picking, packing and shipment based on EAN barcodes and SKU storage locations plus will manage all movements of stock within the warehouse.
