With the first half of the year completed, Clydebuilt has announced that comparing like-for-like sales over the same period last year, revenue has increased by 35%.

2012 started on a high with a new customer being welcomed within the first few weeks of January.  The trend has continued month-on-month and Clydebuilt has welcomed at least one new customer every month.

Clydebuilt reports that it has always worked on the basis of securing long-term customer relationships. Working in close partnership with clients, Clydebuilt offers consultancy in all aspects of warehouse management and is happy to assist in helping customers with their own business acquisitions. In the first half of 2012 the company has been involved in various projects for customers, often including some serious integration work between LocateIT WMS and the end customer's back office system.

Coming through some turbulent economic times it is heartening to know that Clydebuilt customers are themselves expanding and generating new business, in some cases with our active help.  As LocateIT is a scalable system it has been designed to expand flexibly as client business requirements demand, ensuring that users are always using the most suitable and up to date technologies. Clydebuilt's customers are finding that they are able to present great innovations and service options to customers; sometimes this can be the final crux of sealing the deal.

Clydebuilt concludes: "The future seems bright and it is hoped the current trend of prosperity continues as the many negotiations are realised."
