Air Link Systems moves forward with ByBox

Pneumatic tube system specialists Air Link Systems is working with ByBox, the field service solutions provider, to further reinforce its reputation as being the "Total Front End Delivery Solution" amongst its retail customers.
 
Air Link Systems was first established in the 1990' and are the country's leading supplier and installer of pneumatic tube systems, specialising within various sectors for the safe transfer of cash/samples and documents.

 
The tube systems come in various sizes and are able to operate in an internal or external environment including running underground if required. To ensure these systems continue to run smoothly, Air Link Systems' engineers have to be able to access parts fast in case of breakdowns and traditional delivery methods were not up to the mark. This is where ByBox come in.
 
ByBox caters for a multitude of unique requirements using their innovative and ground breaking locker network.  Air Link Systems use ByBox' lock box network to receive and return parts and with sites around the UK, a locker is on average just 2.5 miles from an engineer's home address making it easy and convenient to collect parts.
 
The advantages of the ByBox network are plentiful with the main benefit being that ByBox deliver in-night into the lockers so engineers can pick up their parts pre 8am from their local lock box before the start of their working day. The method is convenient, fast and extremely reliable.

One of the tools ByBox use to ensure they provide a great service is their Weekly Healthcheck. They call every customer every week for a score out of 10 and for feedback on our performance that week. The score, and accompanying comments, are logged onto ByBox' web system, allowing complete visibility of feedback for every ByBox customer, every week. A summary report is then generated, which in turn is reviewed by ByBox' executive team. Any issues which arise are then resolved.
