In arriving at this decision, Gartner recognised @logistics Reply's established presence in the European market; its significant number of references across the automotive, food, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and fashion sectors; a proven offering for both 'on premise' (Click Reply) as well as 'on demand' (SideUp Reply); and many years of experience in managing advanced logistics processes.

The fact that @logistics Reply is a member of a European group like Reply (a leading supplier of services for Consultancy, System Integration, Application Management, and Business Process Outsourcing), was a determining factor in qualifying.

"To have been placed by Gartner in the 'Magic Quadrant' for Warehouse Management solutions is a source of great pride for us, says Domenico Piantelli, Senior Partner of Reply. "For years we have been involved in the logistics sector, providing leading-edge solutions and working closely with major global companies."

Continues Mr Piantelli: "This recognition is a further incentive for us to continue to invest to support the requirements of companies using our Supply Chain Execution solutions globally; and to do this to the best of our ability."

The Supply Chain market, has been defined by Gartner as an 'emerging' market, referring to the need for companies to implement solutions that ensure a real convergence of strategies, and Supply Chain Execution processes and applications, in the light of annual projected growth rates of 20% up until 2016.1
