RedPrairie Corporation, the global supply chain and retail technology provider, has been selected by Wiggle, the UK online cycle shop to provide a Warehouse Management Solution (WMS) to support its rapid growth.
As one of the top five online sports sites, Wiggle required a flexible and scalable solution to support its expanding business, which has grown by over 50-percent in the last three years. This expansion has led to the company doubling its warehousing capacity, enabling it to stock in excess of 250,000 products. The RedPrairie WMS solution will ensure Wiggle can effectively manage continued growth within its logistics operation and support its aim to deliver even higher levels of customer service.
Wiggle's international success continues to develop, whereby, it now delivers to over 90 countries, and its online store receives more than a million visits per week. In addition to its English site, Wiggle has local language sites for France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, China and Japan, and more planned for the future.
