Addressing retailers' desire to leverage the power and performance of the latest mobile devices to drive transaction efficiencies, improve operational visibility and in-store customer engagement, Epicor Software Corporation, provider of business software solutions or manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organisations, and Global Bay Mobile Technologies, provider of next-generation mobile retail software, have partnered to provide retailers running heritage Epicor software soluti ons with an innovative and comprehensive suite of mobile retail applications.

Supporting the rich in-store mobile experience for employees and customers that is in demand today, Global Bay's GBmobile retail applications support retailers running heritage Epicor applications for mobile point of sale (mPOS), mobile inventory management, and CRM modules. The comprehensive suite of in-store mobile applications allows retailers to leverage their current Epicor technology investment to deliver improved information and offer an inspiring customer experience. Global Bay's mobile applications support mobile devices running Apple iOS and Windows Mobile, and other "untethered" mobile computing platforms such as kiosks, to extend their investment in the Epicor Retail technology stack.
