Clydebuilt Solutions, author of versatile warehouse management system, LocateIT, has completed the acquisition of Scottish-based software company Custom Business Solutions (CBS).
Custom Business Solutions have specialised in providing bespoke IT solution to its customer base as well as the design, implementation and support of Haulier, a fully functional traffic management system. The acquisition will see Clydebuilt Solutions strengthen its product offering by integrating the two logistics packages into one comprehensive solution designed to enhance the warehouse and distribution function within major logistic companies.
The completion of this acquisition represents a significant step for Clydebuilt Solutions strategy and allows the company to drive forward and offer existing and future clients an integrated solution that is able to interface with their existing business system.
