Infor ERP Visual helps Essen be more productive

Infor, provider of business application software serving over 70,000 customers, has announced that premium kitchen cookware manufacturer Essen has implemented Infor ERP Visual to boost productivity through increased inventory visibility and enhanced planning and scheduling. Infor ERP Visual is a robust enterprise resource planning system for midsized companies in the manufacturing industry.

Essen is using software in three main areas: Production, Finance and Sales.

 Before implementing ERP Visual, Essen had different applications in the different areas which were not integrated. There were more than 50 interfaces and many processes were done manually. This proved to be inefficient.

New software has enabled Essen to enhance all processes integrating all areas involved in the productive operations, improving planning and scheduling, inventory, supply and distribution as well as administration procedures.

The planning and scheduling functionality of Infor's software provides the company insight into production levels and requirements to deliver goods according to customers demand.  Through these capabilities, ERP Visual helps Essen improve its internal operations to keep pace with its projected growth and be more competitive.

 The solution was sold and serviced through Infor Channel Partner VK SUR.
