Zetes acquires PHI DATA BV's business and reinforces its presence in the Netherlands

Zetes, the pan-European provider of solutions and services for the automatic identification of goods and people, has acquired PHI DATA BV's activities. The company was declared bankrupt in October and was looking for a buyer. The existing Zetes team in The Netherlands will thus be reinforced. The new site will allow Zetes to beter serve the Dutch market and to improve its customer service.

 
PHI DATA BV designs, develops, integrates and maintains automatic identification and data capture solutions. These solutions are implemented in many sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, public services, administration, and financial organisations. Its activities are therefore very similar to those of Zetes and integrate perfectly into its offerings.
 
Alain Wirtz, CEO of Zetes Group, said: "We are very pleased to have been able to realise this acquisition, which is in line with the Group's strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe. This acquisition, which will not have a significant impact on our balance sheet, could be realised quickly thanks to the Group's available funds."
