SuccessFactors has announced that CEVA Logistics has deployed SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management to over 4,000 employees, Succession Management to more than 2,000 employees, and 360 Degree Reviews to its management group across the globe to drive business execution. The implementation of 360 Degree Reviews, which took approximately a month and a half from kick-off to deployment, is the latest step in the evolution of CEVA's performance management processes.
A customer since 2007, CEVA utilizes SuccessFactors' performance and goal management functionality to help ensure that its employees have unambiguous objectives clearly and transparently linked to the company's strategy and goals. SuccessFactors' Succession Management solution allows CEVA to actively identify and develop high potential employees and plan succession to key roles.
CEVA was formed in August 2007 as a result of the merger of TNT Logistics and EGL Eagle Global Logistics. As one of the world's leading logistics companies, CEVA has a global network covering 1,200 locations in 170 countries, employing 46,000 people. CEVA provides end-to-end design, implementation and operational capabilities in freight forwarding, contract logistics, transportation management and distribution management.
