HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain management software, has extended its status as a Vocollect Total Solution Provider, the highest level of the Vocollect Voice Partner Programme. As a Vocollect Voice Total Solution Provider, HighJump Software has demonstrated its commitment to the Vocollect partnership by attaining extensive product knowledge and training.

HighJump Software's commitment to providing its customers with market-driven supply chain management software includes the support of Vocollect Voice-enabled logistics technology. With a history of successful voice implementations, HighJump Software has many customers that attest to the benefits of a voice-enabled warehouse. Vocollect reports its customers have achieved productivity improvements of 20 to 40 per cent, order accuracy improvements to more than 99.995 per cent, traceability of controlled items and order fulfilment agility.
Unlike some competitive approaches that use middleware to integrate warehouse management system (WMS) and Voice technology, HighJump Software provides direct, real-time communication with each employee using the voice solution. In addition to picking processes, HighJump's Voice solution may be used for directed put-away, warehouse moves, cycle-counting and put-to-store processes.

"HighJump's history of successful voice implementations combined with our distinctive approach to voice-enabled distribution make HighJump Software the best choice for a Voice-enabled WMS," said Russell Fleischer, CEO, HighJump Software. "Our recent investment and experienced implementation team demonstrate our ongoing commitment to supporting voice-enabled logistics."
