HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, today announced the appointment of Robert Martin as Vice President of Corporate Development. Martin will lead HighJump Softwares worldwide acquisition efforts.
Growth through acquisition is a critical component to HighJumps corporate strategy. In his role, Martin will be responsible for identifying acquisition candidates that align with HighJump Softwares strategy, negotiating merger and acquisition transactions and ensuring acquired businesses are successfully integrated to meet strategic objectives.

Martin was most recently a Principal at Cherry Tree & Associates, a boutique investment bank focused on M&A advisory. Prior to this role, he was at United Subcontractors where he led their acquisition strategy, completing 15 transactions that added over $300M in revenue. Martin has also served as a sell-side equity research analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital where he covered the computer systems and data storage sectors, and as senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
