Transforming supply chains through 100% connectivity

This workshop will begin with a 10-minute presentation on how to increase process efficiency through connectivity, especially with regard to the relationship between shippers and their hauliers, 3PLs, 4PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers and customers.
It will be followed by an interactive session to compare point-to-point (EDI) connectivity and one-to-many (SaaS) connectivity. This open discussion will finally lead to the creation of a SWOT analysis for both systems.
The workshop will be delivered by Transwide's Logistics Collaboration Expert, Marcel Van Egmond, MBA, CSCP.
