Infor expands Application Management Services

Infor has announced the expansion of Infor Application Management Services (AMS) for its entire range of enterprise applications worldwide.

Initially established in Europe for the Infor ERP Baan solutions, AMS is a complete set of service offerings that allows customers to leverage the experience of Infor to manage, monitor and support their Infor applications and associated IT systems. Delivered by Infor Managed Services, a team of professionals with proven experience in managing Infor solutions, AMS enables organisations to lower the cost of owning and maintaining the critical applications that run their business.

Infor AMS provides customers with service programs including: application patches, upgrades and performance monitoring; system administration and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance tasks; database configuration and administration; and end-user support, including help-desks and training. Customers can also choose to host their applications through Infor Managed Services. Based upon an evaluation of each customers requirements, Infor creates and implements a tailored services program. Each engagement is backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is consistently evaluated through performance reviews.
