Manhattan Associates, the global supply chain optimisation provider, and CSF Polska, a Manhattan business partner and one of Polands leading consultancy services companies, have won a joint award at Polands third Innovation in Logistics Awards ceremony, which took place at the Victoria hotel in Warsaw in December.
The award, presented for Best IT solution, was based on CSF Polskas one4all logistics solution comprising Manhattan Associates ILS: Integrated Logistics Solutions, built on Microsoft NET and CSF Polskas process and project management capabilities.
The Innovation in Logistics Awards event aims to reward those companies that have introduced the most innovative logistics solutions into the European market in the last two years. More than 40 solutions were evaluated as part of this years event, a record number of applications for the competition.
Continual innovation in the way the supply chain is managed and optimised is critical to a companys long-term success and so supply chain practitioners are constantly on the look-out for new technology-enabled logistics solutions, summed up Przemyslaw Walewski, event chairman and chief editor of Eurologistics magazine, an organiser of the Awards event.
Professor Maciej Szymczak, head of the judging panel commented, CSF Polskas one4all offering, of which Manhattan ILS is a key component, is one such solution. The joint offering allows companies to deal with supply chain complexity by giving users the capability to manage and integrate their logistics, communication and workflow activities, and by facilitating project management and ongoing performance monitoring.
