"Manhattan is over 45 per cent larger than the next largest (WMS) supplier, so they are the leader in the majority of the segments that ARC tracks. Part of their success is based on the fact that they are a global, financially stable company with one of the functionally richest solutions in the market," said Steve Banker, service director, supply chain management for ARC Advisory Services. "Manhattan also wins deals because they have a logistically oriented suite of supply chain solutions that helps them solve broad, complex supply chain problems that point solutions could never solve."

"Being ranked as the leading WMS supplier in more than 65 per cent of the segments ARC tracks is a testament to Manhattan's 17 years of experience in solving the complex distribution challenges other vendors cannot," said Eddie Capel, executive vice president for product management and customer support, Manhattan Associates. "The Manhattan WMS solutions are designed to inform and empower a company's entire supply chain ecosystem. So decisions made within the warehouse are optimised with decisions made outside of the warehouse, giving the organisation a complete and holistic view of their supply chain processes."
