Eyefortransport revealed the winners of the Best 3PL Awards North America 2008 at the greatly anticipated gala dinner on the 24th June and celebrated record number of votes from 3PL customers.
The awards closed the first day of eyefortransports sixth annual 3PL Summit where CEOs and senior management from leading 3PLs and logistics executives from multi-national shippers meet to discuss industry trends and best practices.
The entries were nominated solely by customers and for six weeks, 3PL customers across North America were encouraged to vote for the best 3PL providers in each category.
As the lights at the fox theatre were dimmed and the winners were announced to uproarious applause, Rodrigo Canete, Global events Director of eyefortransport, was overheard exclaiming at the extremely high level of service represented but these years nominees.
