Epicor receives top scores in software delivery and financing options for large enterprise and SMB markets in independent research report

Epicor Software Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise business software solutions for the midmarket and divisions of Global 1000 companies, has announced that Epicor received the top score (along with one other vendor) in delivery and financing mechanisms the company offers to large enterprises, as well as to small and medium size businesses (SMBs) in Forresters October 2007 report, The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Apps Software Licensing and Pricing, Q4 2007

The report evaluated the licensing and pricing strategies of leading enterprise applications vendors across 97 criteria report inclusion reflects vendors with the greatest mindshare and market presence.  Epicor tied for first in both the large enterprise and SMB editions of the report for delivery and financing mechanisms, with earned perfect scores in hosting options, lease to buy, financing options, and delivery options contributing to this success.  Overall, Epicor was named a leader in the SMB edition, and a strong performer in the large enterprise edition of the report, scoring among the top three vendors for license support. 

Authoring analyst R. "Ray" Wang of Forrester writes, Much of Epicor Softwares success stems from its overall good marks and the strong service orientation remarked by many of its customersEpicor Software should be considered by midmarket enterprises and divisions of larger enterprises for its leadership position and stronger than average support for the enterprise software licensee bill of rights.[1][1]
