TouchStar and SIA srl sign agreement

SIA (Societ d'Informatica Avanzata) srl, specialist in the supply of data capture and field-based mobilisation solutions for the Italian market,  has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with TouchStar Technologies, a manufacturer of rugged mobile computing devices.

SIA utilise touch-screen and tablet PCs, combined with their own innovative BOLLICINE FIELD software, to provide state-of-the-art business optimisation solutions. SIA will offer TouchStar products as an integral part of its mobile computing hardware portfolio.

Commenting on the new partnership, Davide Bernini, SIAs Managing Director (?), stated : The Italian field application market  is a mature user of data capture technology and we have been supplying appropriate solutions since our inception in 1977. That said, we are always seeking new and effective partnerships in order to offer the broadest selection of high quality hardware to our customer base.
