Sage (UK) has launched the Sage 200 business management software suite. Sage 200 helps companies manage a complete range of business processes with a single suite of integrated business software.

Sage 200 has been developed to support growing mid- sized organisations across every part of their business, including sales, finance, marketing, customer service and support, and spans a number of industries, including distribution, construction and services.

The foundation of the new Sage 200 Suite is the Sage 200 Platform, which comprises both the Sage 200 Financials and Sage 200 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules. The introduction of CRM to the suite underpins a number of business processes, including sales, marketing, customer and supplier relationships.

Customers can choose to build on their core Sage 200 Platform by adding extra modules, such as, Bill of Materials, Commercials, Project Accounting, Construction, or by simply adding extra users to the core functions to suit their individual business requirements.

The end to end approach of the Sage 200 Suite helps business access a more concise, accurate and complete view of their customers and record every customer interaction, for example, sales and marketing, order dispatch, project management or credit control. By integrating business processes, staff have access to up to date information from across the organisation.  Sage 200 saves time as information is only entered once and accuracy is improved, while customer requirements can be identified and fulfilled quickly and profitably.

David Pinches, Head of Product Management and R&D, Sage (UK) Limited, comments: Weve spent lots of time speaking to our customers and through that interaction developed a suite of integrated business management software that work together across their business and their processes. With the Sage 200 suite, we are providing our customers with that software, helping them to become as efficient as possible and get real insights into what is happening in their business.
