DataScans service department is also able to repair Hand Held Products, EMS, Alien Technologies, Psion Teklogix and JLT equipment.

The repair process has never been simpler, with DataScans online RPA request facility. Simply log-on to www.datascansystems.com, and fill-in your company details together with some basic information of the product that is faulty. An email is then sent with the unique RPA number, this enables customers to track the progress of the repair online.

For that added piece of mind DataScan offers Scan-Care+ maintenance contracts enabling customers to stay in control of repair costs. With one annual fee all repairs are covered (excluding customer damage) and guaranteed turn-around times are also offered as part of the Scan-Care+ package. This service has proven such a success with DataScan customers it has resulted in a record-breaking year for DataScans service department.

Scan-Care+ maintenance contracts can be purchased to cover all Datalogic equipment even if the products were not originally purchased from DataScan. Customers have found that being able to return faulty products for repair under Scan-Care+ has kept costs to a minimum and productivity high.
