Together, the companies are launching an integration connecting Infor Supply House Information Systems (SHIMS) distribution management software and Accellos WMS. Accellos WMS combines radio frequency and barcode technology with a robust Internet-based architecture for an adaptable, predictable and expandable, real-time warehouse management system. This integration will help SHIMS users boost productivity, reduce costs and shorten order fulfillment times while increasing customer satisfaction.
This new integration leverages Blue River Softwares application programming interface (API) to seamlessly integrate the SHIMS application with Accellos WMS, providing users with a feature-rich warehouse management solution. Accellos WMS for SHIMS will automate, streamline and verify each process within the warehouse. From the receiving dock to the shipping dock, Accellos WMS tracks every movement of stock into, out of, and within the warehouse.
The integration between Accellos WMS and SHIMS further expands Grey Wolfs portfolio of complementary solutions for the SHIMS customer base driving incremental business value. After researching bar-coding and warehouse management solutions for a current SHIMS user, it became obvious that Accellos WMS is an affordable solution for not just one, but all SHIMS users, according to Rick Sundahl, President of Grey Wolf Systems.
