Diamond Comics Introduces Employee Superheroes with RedPrairie's Workforce Management

New Workforce Management Program to Improve Productivity and Customer Service Through Best Practices and Employee Self-Accountability

Diamond Comics Distributors, Inc., the worlds largest distributor of English-language comic books, graphic novels and related pop-culture merchandise, is well-known for the superhero comics they distribute. But they also wanted a better and more accurate way to identify the superheroes within their midst otherwise known as high-performing employees. RedPrairie Corporation, the worlds leading consumer driven optimization company, came riding to the rescue with their Workforce Management solution.

The results are immediately available so supervisors can reduce bottlenecks and coach low performers back up to standard. Employees can view their own results, instilling self-accountability.
