RedPrairie helps leading Third Party Logistics provider in China to win more new 3PL business
A leading Chinese 3PL, Fanhang Logistics, has gone live in just six weeks with RedPrairies supply chain solution. The company has surprised its customers with how quickly the RedPrairie solution was implemented.
George Zhang, General Manager of Fanhang Logistics, said We are now live with - in our opinion - the best logistics solution provider who delivered our implementation in just six weeks, from start of design to go-live with our first client. The implementation which is totally in Chinese, was completed using the latest software release and with the system being hosted by China Telecom. We utilised RedPrairies proven implementation methodology using a strong local RedPrairie China team.
George Zhang continued RedPrairie delivered on its promise to deliver a cost-effective solution increasing our efficiency. Our company has heard of many recent Chinese supply chain implementations using different systems that failed to meet expectations and have had costly implementation over runs. This was not the case with our RedPrairie implementation, which was completed on time and on budget, exceeding my expectations.
