Aldata to supply G.O.L.D. to Alsace Lait in France

Alsace Lait, created in 1979 with the merger of 4 dairy manufacturers in Alsace in France, is a dairy co-operative consisting of 400 dairy producers and co-operatives, each of whom are capital owners. With a turnover of 80M Euros in 2005, Alsace Lait manages dairy collection, transformation and commercialisation.
 
Legislation requires us to provide traceability throughout our supply chain and so we selected the Aldata G.O.L.D. Stock solution to provide logistics flow and process management and traceability in our packaging, dairy and UHT goods warehouses at our production site in HOERDT says Serge LUCAS, Manufacturing Director of Alsace Lait.
