Version One today announced a partnership agreement with INFOR, the largest global enterprise software provider focused on developing solutions for the manufacturing and distribution industries, in response to demand from Infor customers for 'paperless office' technology.

Version One's document management and imaging software is now tightly
integrated into Infor's Distribution Essentials product suite, enabling
users to electronically design, store, retrieve, deliver, manage and
authorise incoming and outgoing business documents directly from their
ERP systems. Infor's customers will be able to save time and money by
automating document management processes, including the ability to
eliminate manual processes such as photocopying, manually filing, and
posting paper documents such as invoices and dispatch notes.

"As a leading provider of distribution software, we are always looking
for opportunities to increase the value we provide to our customers,"
said Trevor Smith, Infor's Vice President & Managing Director UK and
Ireland.  "Our partnership with Version One is a direct result of
customer demand for tightly integrated document management and imaging
software. Infor's customers can now enjoy a multitude of benefits from
using Version One's technology, including a swift payback, improved
business efficiency, and savings in time, money and storage space."

A number of Infor's customers have already signed up for Version One's
'paperless office' technology, including T. I. Midwood & Co Ltd and R &
B Star Ltd.

"Manual, paper-based processes such as filing and photocopying no
longer make good business sense; they are time-consuming, costly,
inefficient and prone to error," said Tony Bray, Director of Version
One.  "This strategic partnership will give thousands of Infor customers
worldwide access to Version One software, allowing them to streamline
business processes, improve compliance and enhance document security."
