Following a complex programme over the past few months of projects, tests and examinations to prove its competency in Microsoft products, customer satisfaction and Microsoft certification for ten BCP staff, BCP is delighted to announce that it has achieved the coveted status of Microsoft Gold Partner.  The company joins an elite group of only 700 -  out of the many thousands of IT companies in the UK - who have achieved this status.

BCP (Business Computer Projects Ltd) is one of the UKs leading suppliers of supply chain solutions to the food and drink sector.  Its Accord solution provides end-to-end functionality for retail, delivered wholesale and cash & carry distribution.  Clients include major companies such as SPAR, Woodward Foodservice, BWG, Pets at Home, Musgrave.

The achievement of Microsoft Gold Partner status is not only very prestigious for BCP, but for its customers it means a formalisation of the high standards that the company applies to each infrastructure project it  undertakes and a deeper and broader knowledge of Microsoft products by its staff.  As Brian Preece, BCP Technical Director, explains: It demonstrates that BCP has some of the best skills, knowledge and standards in the UK for projects involving operating systems, networking, security, web servers, mail systems and the many other parts of the IT infrastructure that complement our software solutions.
