Consolidated sales of 2005 make Zetes Group number 1 amongst Vocollect's European sales partners.
Only three years after the setting up of an international competence centre specialised in voice solutions using Vocollect's worldwide market leading voice technology, Zetes Group already achieved an important milestone in 2005, becoming the largest European vendor of Vocollect products on a group consolidated level.
Bringing both productivity improvement and data accuracy improvement to operations such as warehouse picking, goods put-away, cycle counting etc, voice recognition technology -has shown a strong growth over the last few years and this market trend will continue over the coming years. In 2004, RJ&A expected revenues for voice applications to grow at 30% CAGR over the next four years, reaching annual sales of approximately $ 270 million by 2008.
Research analysts agree that Vocollect is leading by far this market, at technology and infrastructure level, worldwide as well as in Europe.
Zetes 3i Voice solution
In 2003, when the retail, logistics and manufacturing market began adopting voice recognition solutions more rapidly, Zetes Group took the strategic decision to enter the market by setting up a Voice-dedicated expert team at Corporate level, called '3i Competence Centre' (Innovate, Integrate, Improve). The 3i Competence Centre is responsible for developing the standard, configurable components of the 3i Voice Solution and for supporting and distributing best practices and project skills into the European Zetes organisation.
The 3i Voice Solution strategy is largely concentrated around the concepts of easy direct integration, bringing out the best in every individual user and allowing management to make better decisions. It is based upon Vocollect 's leading voice recognition technology and the Vocollect Talkman platform.
The 3i Voice Solution is largely responsible for the success of Zetes Group in the European voice arena. With over 150 projects in 17 countries, involving almost 10.000 users and equipping them with approximately 5.500 Talkman terminals in the 3 years since starting the competence centre, Zetes Group has become a widely experienced contender and a clear leader in the European voice market. Amongst its customers are companies such as ACR Logistics, Corporate Express, DHL Solutions/Exel Logistics, Danone, FM Logistic, Kruidvat/A.S. Watson, Metro, Netto, Sonae, Systme U, etc.

Zetes' pan-European leadership in the voice solution market has recently been acknowledged and awarded by Vocollect itself. With a year on year growth in voice projects of over 200%, Zetes Group was left in the number 1 position when consolidated sales of Vocollect equipment were concerned in Europe in 2005. Moreover, Zetes BV in the Netherlands was honoured with a "Partner of the Year" award and ZetesIND in Germany won the award as "Highest Sales Partner". Both awards were presented by Vocollect during their last collective Channel Partner Convention in Marbella, Spain, in February 2006.
