Customised labelling solution from PRISYMID improves efficiency and eliminates errors in despatching process for Savile Row.
Leading labelling and auto-identification solutions specialist PRISYMID recently solved a complex challenge for mens luxury clothing manufacturer, The Savile Row Company. Tasked with improving the picking and packing procedures at the companys main manufacturing facility in Castledawson in Northern Ireland, PRISYMID was able to tailor its popular PRISYM labelling design and printing software to ensure the accuracy of orders before despatching.
The system, which has virtually eliminated returns and improved productivity for the well-known clothing manufacturer, creates the functionality to check the items being packed are the correct mix of product for a given sales order and create a contents label. Once packed, the system produces a final box end label to go onto each box, which details the size, colour and quantity of the products inside.
