UK resellers authorised to sell Intermec RFID products
Intermec Technologies has authorised more than 50 of its Honours Premier Partners to sell its range of RFID products across Europe. More than 50 partners received the authorisation only after completing extensive RFID training and testing from Intermec. Among UK authorised resellers are Agility Systems, Indigo and Microlise, while IBM and Zetes have both received EMEA-wide accreditation.
Each of the companies completed three in-depth workshops: Introduction to RFID, Installing RFID Solutions, and RFID Software Development. These courses provided qualified engineers with extensive knowledge of developing scaleable RFID solutions, from surveying to installation.
Post-workshop tests required engineers to demonstrate their RFID knowledge to receive certification. Only companies which have achieved certification are authorised to sell Intermec's market-leading RFID products.

Intermec ruggedised Gen2-compliant RFID products include the IF4 and IF5 fixed readers, IP4 mobile reader and the PM4i intelligent printer. Many companies worldwide have successfully implemented Intermec's RFID equipment.
