Sanderson, the publicly owned UK supplier of software solutions to the wholesale marketplace, has won a contract to supply its Swords solution to wholesale catering specialists, Four Seasons Foods. Based in Keswick, Cumbria, Four Seasons selected the Sanderson solution for its functionality and capacity to integrate all areas of the business.
Four Seasons supply a range of catering products to hotels and restaurants throughout Cumbria and southwest Scotland. As a result of planned business growth, Four Seasons needed a more sophisticated software solution with the functionality to address specific areas of stock control, sales management and administration. On a wider level, the company needed a solution which would provide them with seamless integration of business processes across the organisation.
The Swords solution was chosen by Four Seasons for its ability to drive out inefficiencies within the identified areas whilst simultaneously managing the planned expansion of the business. In addition, Sanderson provided a comprehensive package which also included the required hardware and dedicated system support facility required by Four Seasons.
The Price List Order Form (PLOF) generator from Sanderson will allow Four Seasons to cut administration time whilst improving customer service. The generator can produce PLOFs quickly and efficiently and also has the facility to produce customer specific order forms.
