Option Systems Limited (OSL), a leading global specialist in the provision of IT solutions for the apparel and footwear industries, has announced a major order for its STYLEman ERP solution from 1927 Limited, the UKs sole distributor for US label Juicy Couture. For the first time, the web-enabled STYLEman ERP solution will integrate all of 1927s separate business operating systems across its five sites in Europe. This will ensure that accurate stock information is available across its European operations in real-time and will also provide total control over purchase invoices from the US by eliminating data re-entry.
1927 selected the STYLEman ERP solution to support its recent growth from an agent to a key distributor in the apparel market. The solution will replace an Access based planning solution, which was not designed to meet the business changing operational requirements. With a showroom in Milan, an office in Madrid and agents in five European countries, a more sophisticated software system was needed to avoid re-keying data which can lead to mistakes through human error.
