SSA Global, a leading global provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, today announced the appointment of David Stephenson as vice president, strategic solutions, for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
In this position, Mr. Stephenson will be responsible for all EMEA sales and services of strategic solutions in corporate performance management, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, order management, transportation management and warehousing. Working with the SSA Global direct sales force and channel partners, Mr. Stephenson will build a strategic plan to fully leverage SSA Global opportunities for these solutions in the region.
Noting that the EMEA region represents nearly half of SSA Global revenue, SSA Global Strategic Solutions president Jim Handy, said, David Stephenson has a vitally important role to play in helping the company leverage the business potential of its strategic solutions. With a proven 20-year record of success in the technology sector, he will be a valuable asset in helping us pursue our growth strategy.

Prior to joining SSA Global, Mr. Stephenson was managing director, EMEA for Yantra Corporation, a U.S.-based supply chain software company. Mr. Stephenson also has held executive and management level positions at a number of other companies, including Oracle Corporation, GEC Software Ltd, Zitel Corporation, and Burroughs Machines, Ltd.
Mr. Stephenson will be based in the SSA Global office in Frimley, UK.
