Software system will transform businesses

A UNIQUE software system has been launched in the UK, designed to transform businesses using it.

Richard Ede, systems development director of SoftExpert, based near Exeter, has obtained sole UK distribution rights for the ISO system, a software system which will make businesses not only more efficient but also more profitable, encouraging staff to work together.

It guarantees businesses using it will reach international standards quicker and easier it simplifies the implementation and maintenance of quality, environmental and health and safety systems - with a significant reduction of costs in relation to conventional working methods.

Richard, who first became involved with the ISO System nearly a year ago, has already contracted several resellers for the product and is now seeking other regional resellers who wish to share in its success.

Richard said: The response so far has been fantastic. I am unaware of any other software available on the market which offers all the integration, flexibility and shared information that our ISO software system does. Resellers and clients to date have been extremely impressed with this ground breaking software system.

SoftExpert consists of the most complete and integrated set of tools to fully automate and improve all processes related to quality of products and services.

For instance one client I spoke to was using a documentation module from a competitor but then they wanted a training module as well and were searching around for a different supplier. The ISO system was the solution as it can be used as a complete package with all the modules integrated together. Its very flexible.

And he says the product, already well established in over 17 other countries is being used by blue chip companies such as HSBC, Gillette, LOreal and BMW as well as many smaller businesses with impressive results.

Richard said: It breaks down barriers and increases workflow within an organisation. It increases product activity and enables companies to become accredited with international quality standards. All the different modules follow set standards.

Theres 20 different modules to choose from all of which share common information from a single database so companies obtain a single source and service for all there requirements.

He added: Its going to be very big over here. Companies will really benefit from using this system. Its been endorsed by organisations that accredit companies and Health and Safety Executives.

The system automates the controls for all process stages planning, implementation, monitoring, measurement and improvement and can be used to enhance teamwork, providing all the necessary tools to resolve tasks quickly and efficiently.

Richard is also founding director of a separate IT company which offers bespoke database and software programmes for companies of all sizes and sectors as well as offering basic computer training courses and website and ecommerce development solutions.

Richard said: Through experience and knowledge from working within the IT industry, we are always striving to offer the latest software solution to the UK market.

With the ISO System, we offer the most complete model for integrating quality, environmental and health and safety systems and more than 1,400 customers are currently using our solutions around the world.

The main advantages of the system are that it provides simple and effective control over a companys goals and priorities. It optimizes performance in the face of deadlines, plans and tracks multiple projects, manages multi-project resource allocations and provides a checklist for quality approval.

Above all this it allows for a:- SINGLE SOURCE SERVICE for all company requirements
