"BRING YOUR SAMPLES TO BE CODED" URGES IMAJE, PAKEX PROCESS IRELAND - STAND F20

Coding and marking specialist Imaje Ireland is setting a challenge for visitors to Pakex at Simonscourt, Royal Dublin Society, from September 08 to 09. The company is inviting visitors to bring samples to be printed or labelled to see how efficiently product can be coded. Imaje systems meet coding requirements throughout the supply chain - even in demanding conditions like damp or dusty production sites and on difficult substrates.

Two robust and reliable print and apply systems, the MP2000 and MP6000 (formerly sold under the Markpoint brand), will demonstrate the printing and application of barcode and human readable information on products. The MP6000 A5 pallet labelling system prints and applies a label on two adjacent sides of a pallet with precision using an articulated arm.

Also showing are the MP Compact and Nova industrial bench or desktop label printers. These are ideal for standard-sized labels for cases and cartons and are suitable for stand-alone operation or within networks.

The stand will feature the cost effective S7 and heavy-duty S8 ink jet printers. The S8 systems will use Imaje's unique bi-jet print head, allowing eight lines of text to be printed from only one printhead.

Ray Stephens, manager at Imaje Ireland, commented, "We will also have another coding solution on show, but cannot comment yet. I hope that packaging companies and their clients will visit and bring along their samples to challenge us to make our mark."
