Seko Logistics has been recognized as the number one freight forwarding provider of information technology solutions in a survey of 4,725 qualified buyers of logistics and transportation services.
It was ranked best for IT in Logistics Management's annual Quest for Quality survey, which for more than three decades has been regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as one of the most important measures of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
To determine the best of the best, Logistics Management and Peerless Research Group (PRG) surveyed logistics buyers over six months of this year, asking them to rate carriers, third-party logistics providers (3PL) and U.S. port operators strictly on the basis of service quality. In addition to its number one ranking for IT, Seko Logistics was in awarded second place for value and on-time performance, and was third overall for customer service.
