Epicor Software Corporation, the business software solutions provider for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organisations, has announced that Ireland-based paint manufacturer, Colortrend, has chosen the next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, Epicor ERP, to streamline processes and allow better transparency of margins in order to support planned growth.
Established over 60 years ago, Colortrend is Ireland's leading independent paint manufacturer and a 100% Irish-owned and operated paint company. Colortrend provides a wide range of premium quality paints in a huge array of colours and finishes. The company is well positioned for strong growth in future years and aims to stay at the forefront of new technology in all areas of the paint industry.
To allow for this level of growth, Colortrend required a business solution which would speed up and streamline its processes, increasing production efficiency. Sinead McCarthy, Finance Director for Colortrend explains, "We are currently experiencing fantastic growth and have a strategy in place to grow even more.
