Snapfulfil SaaS WMS strengthens board of directors

As part of its strategic growth plan and in order to handle the demands created by its double digit expansion over the past 5 years in the UK/US, SaaS warehouse management system provider Snapfulfil has added additional expertise to its Board.

Operations Director Tony Dobson has been appointed Managing Director. With over 30 years' experience in the delivery of IT solutions, Tony was previously Operational and IT Director for businesses such as Play.Com, Kewill, eBuyer.Com and Microlise. With a wealth of experience in Warehouse Management Systems, as well as Online Retail, Purchase to Pay, and the Logistics Supply Chain, he has been Operations Director with Snapfulfil since October 2012.

Tony comments: "I am delighted to be given the opportunity to take the helm of such a distinguished and long established business, particularly at such an exciting time within the industry. Our growth over the past few years has been tremendous and I am very much looking forward to building on that and driving business growth, launching the new products in our pipeline and continuing our investment in new market expansion. Since joining the business over two years ago, I have seen a high level of sustained growth and it is my expressed aim that this continues. This is almost certainly the most exciting challenge of my 30 year career and very much look forward to a very dynamic future for the business."

Also, Andy White has been appointed Technical Director. He joined the company in 2002 and since then has performed a variety of roles within the business. Following the launch of the Snapfulfil SaaS WMS in 2007, he was instrumental in the delivery of the new system to the early Snapfulfil clients before handing this responsibility to the Project Team to allow him to focus on a development focused role. This involves leading the UK based development team while it expands the capabilities of the product, including the addition of new products to the Snapfulfil portfolio.
